The personal data is stored exclusively for the purpose of filling the vacant position for which you have applied.
Your data will be stored for a period of 90 days beyond the conclusion of the application process. This is usually done to fulfill legal obligations or to defend against potential claims based on legal regulations. After this period, we are required to delete or anonymize your data. In this case, the data will only be available as metadata without direct personal reference for statistical evaluations (e.g., percentage of male and female applicants, number of applications per period, etc.).

This database is operated by Personio GmbH, which provides HR management and applicant tracking software (https://www.personio.de/impressum/). Personio acts as our data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The processing is based on a data processing agreement between us, as the responsible entity, and Personio.
